Prior to discovering TRI-TEC, Kitsap Bank’s communications solution consisted of a mix of disparate standalone, turn-key PBX systems that did not integrate with one another. An attempt to implement a third-party VoIP platform encountered technical issues. In 2007, TRI-TEC designed and installed an integrated multi-site ShoreTel solution for seamless unified communications, offering one point of central administration to support over twenty locations dispersed geographically. The remote capabilities and flexibilities of their new platform were essential especially during Covid to accommodate remote staff while improving their overall customer experience.
Utilizing cost efficient DID services minimized overhead costs. Through the years, their system has improved overall customer and employee communications offering advanced, easy-to-use applications to continually simplify and expedite customer and client interactions.
